What is the difference between a cash and a margin account?
With a cash account, you must have full funds in your account prior to placing an order. Our minimum initial deposit is $1,000 for a cash account and $2,000 for a margin account.

I've sent in my application and initial investment. What happens next?
We'll send you a Welcome Letter in the mail within 3 to 5 days containing your user name and password upon receipt and approval. You can then access your account online and begin investing.

What types of orders does accept?

How long does it take to transfer my account from another firm into my account?
Transferring an account generally takes from three to six weeks, depending on how quickly your assets are released by your present firm.

How will I be notified of trade executions?
You'll get trade reports online. You'll also receive a paper confirmation in the mail, and all of your online trading and portfolio records will be automatically updated upon execution.

Are any fees added to my account?
