The topics in this section show you how to check the status of trades, your account balances, and how to read your monthly statement.
Checking your account balance
To verify that your initial deposit was credited to your account, check your account balance.
Viewing account activity
You can see the status of trades at any time, online, under the TRADING link. You will be able to view your trade confirmations online, the business day following the execution, in the e-Document section under the Accounts/Document link.
Reading your monthly statement
Each month sends you a statement about the activity on your account. You will also be able to view a copy of your account statement online under the e-Document section
